Pros: I love this DVD! First time I was at a DFH conference I was so out of shape and could hardly move from injuries and surgery. However, a year later at the Destiny conference I got so excited when we did the weapons class. I could keep up. I was encouraged that what I had done in year 1 of DFH Online School had made a difference. I love that Pastor Lynn talks about some Hebrew and Greek words and goes over movements for praise, using a sword, tearing down strongholds, and other movements. One could simply utilize just this DVD for so many purposes without even being in any DFH program or conference.
