CERTIFICATION OR AUDIT
These are primarily self study courses, where you may join anytime (between 2/1-12/15) and go at your own pace (Audit). If you choose to audit your course, you will have access to the school program for one year (from the week of enrollment).
However, you may optionally choose (during enrollment checkout) to receive a Continuing Education Certificate, by doing some assignments. These include, but not limited to the following.
These must be completed within 6 months from one week after the day you enroll in a particular course. You must decide, during enrollment if you desire to receive a certificate or not. You will not be able to choose certification later. There is a $12 administration fee.
Once you have completed the entire course, you would email Pastor Lynn to let her know. Once your work is reviewed and completion is verified, then you will be sent your certificate via email, as a PDF.
NOTE: You may enroll anytime between February 1st and December 10th. While the enrollment process will normally be fairly quick, please allow up to 2 weeks for processing. While you may have access to the school program and work on your studies anytime, verifications for certification will only be done between February 1st and December 10th.

In consideration of participation in this dance program and instruction, I/we the undersigned (electronic registrants) intending to be legally bound, here by for myself and anyone acting on my behalf, as well as all others for whom I am registering (if any), release any and all claims for damages I/we may have against Dancing For Him Ministries, Inc., Lynn Hayden and their sponsors, representatives, successors, and assigns for any and all injuries or death suffered by me/us in this program. I/we attest and verify that I/we know participation in this event can be a potentially hazardous activity. However, I/we have sufficiently prepared for this event and know that I/we am/are participating at my/our own risk. The waiver extends for the duration of the program, dates there which are listed on this page. I also release Dancing For Him Ministries, Inc. use of any photographs or video footage of me/us. I/we have read and understand this waiver of liability, and agree to the same.
The conferences/classes/courses are primarily geared for adults. There will be no children's classes nor child care. The child's parent/guardian must read and sign their waiver form. Or agree to it by the electronic signature of the person registering them. If you are not bringing children, you may select N/A in the Child Waiver drop down. However, if you are a parent/guardian or person registering people and you and/or they are bringing a child/children (under 18), put 'yes' in the Child Waiver agreement box at the top of this page. Sometimes, we will have DFH T-Shirts available for sale at a particular conference. They are nice quality cotton shirts in varying colors. They fit closely to the body. If you want a looser fit, go up a size. 2X and 3X are misses sizes (not Woman's size). 2X is similar to a misses XXL.
Current prices: Sizes S-XL - $16; 2X - $17; 3X - $18 - Plus $5 for US shipping and Plus $10 for Foreign shipping. If your address reflects a foreign order and you select US shipping, it will not be shipped.
You may order, but we can not guarantee that we will have your size or color choice. If we are out of size L for example, I may send you an XL (not much difference in size). Times, throughout the year (especially after a large event) we are low on stock. If so we will email with you about it.
The amount of registrations, enrollment, offerings, support, etc., is absolutely non-refundable. Nor may it be applied to another conference, event, class, course, or another person. There is no proration, nor are there any make up class times. If for some unforeseen reason, regardless of the situation, you will be unable to attend, your tax-deductible registration will be considered a love gift/donation to further the work of God through Dancing For Him Ministries.
