Pros: I suggest not doing other workouts regardless of how low impact they are before attempting this entire workout. It is perfectly paced for the beginner and yet so challenging to continue to grow through your strength and stretch. I was breathing hard like one would in a workout and yet only doing slow movements. I appreciated the combinations of styles to develop strength within this one workout.

The combination of strength, stretching, and balance exercises that Pastor Lynn walks you through are unique, interesting, tension relieving and challenging. Pastor Lynn’s warm approach and clear explanations along with easy-to-follow demonstrations helped me to better understand what I was doing, so that I could properly execute the exercises. I know this is supposed to be an exercise video, but everything about it speaks “peace” to me. In fact, I literally felt the Peace of God and Presence of God come over me from the very moment I played the video, that it took a while for me to get past the first part!

Pros: The exercises are great for stretching muscle groups we may not work everyday. I definitely felt a difference in the range of motion in my torso. As you balance in the different positions you are not only finding your center but building strength. I really needed this video to challenge me and help build strength and flexibility.
