Pros: * The dance ministered to my heart during me learning portion of the dance in this DVD. On that particular day was not one of my best days...in my practice I was able to let go and ask the Lord to melt MY heart, by the end of practice I was feeling better. My heart was healed!!!

Pros: This video was such an encouragement in uniting the arts for ministry. The pairing of theater and dance fits my background and I am thankful for how Pastor Lynn simplifies the process for us to let the two art forms sharpen each other into a greater level of communication within ministry. In many ways this video provides greater instruction than if you were in person to a choreography workshop, because you can learn from multiple vantage points!

Pros: In this DVD Pastor Lynn shows a dance to the song: Melt my heart. The Singer sings about a heart that is hurt and asks God to melt it and to heal and restore it. Pastor Lynn shows the dance first with a group of people at a church service and than explains, that this is only an example how you can do it. She shows the dance so you can learn it and use it to the song or to another song with similar content. It is very useful as a danceleader to have this DVD

Pros: This DVD is a great addition to my collection. This DVD shows and give great ways to incorporate drama and ministering to those who are present during the dance. The dance is personal and a touching kind of dance.

Pros: Expressive Worship and Dance DVD was a great example of how a dance team could really bring a certain message to the hearts of the congregation. Pastor Lynn uses a lot of variations in her choreographed dance demonstration. She uses expansion and extension techniques, uses different movements going on at the same time, but also uses mirroring and following movements along with other techniques. Great DVD I recommend it.

Pros: Expressive Worship and Dance Melt My Heart DVD was a wonderful example of how a dance team could really bring a certain message home to the hearts of the congregation. In this video, Lynn Hayden shows that a dance team can choreograph a message much like a skit to portray not only the words of a song but also how the team could be used to accentuate the message that the pastor would give that day. She also shows how this dance can minister to the audience on a one on one. Then she teaches each individual dance step so you can learn the dance!

Pros: Beautiful choreographed dance for six dancers! Here is we see dance excellence combined with ministering the heart of the Father in a church setting. I loved seeing several different techniques be woven together to come up with a ministry piece that “opens the door of heaven” to help Father God invade peoples’ hearts in a way that bypasses rational thought and goes right for heart change that transforms us into something with Kingdom purpose.

I realized that when people do not have power over their circumstances, they feel defeated and their hearts become hardened. Therefore, they act in many different kinds of ways. Communicating the Father’s heart to them causes them to have not only a heart change but also a mindset change concerning their circumstances. They are redirected back to the Father’s heart. This causes those with a hardened heart to soften and be able to connect back to the Father — encouraging the people that they are able to overcome in the Lord.
