Practical and generously shared examples of each type of activity done by an enthusiastic ministry group is powerfully encouraging to share with your current ministry or begin one! Her teachings and recommendations were excellent to show us how to effectively use planned portions of choreography (e.g. flags, props, selection of dancers) with spontaneous movement choreography in order to be prepared to respond in a timely manner to the demands and needs of ministry/events.

My view and scope of dancing before the Lord broadens with each new tool I experience. The Creative Worship DVD goes hand in hand with the book of the same name. Pros: I just love the Creative Worship DVD, it is filled with such joy and laughter as Pastor Lynn instructs a creative worship class at one of her DFH conferences. It is a wonderful demonstration of how creative worship can be fun yet at other times slow and very compassionate towards the Lord. It takes those dry and empty places of the same old routine and turns them into an oasis of worship and adoration towards Him. On average I normally take at least six to eight sessions to put a choreographed dance together. The concept of planned spontaneity is the ideal solution to put a dance together in a short period of time.
