Pros: This workout surprisingly gets you warm and sweaty doing the strengthening activities even though the pace of the workout is easy and steady. The balance challenges were so fun and the relaxation section was such a blessing! Unless you are already a pro at pilates and yoga, I suggest using this workout as much as possible to progress your flexibility, balance and strengthening! This is so necessary for my personal growth in flexibility.

Pros: The “Strength & Balance “ is one of my favorite exercise video. I especially liked the way Pastor Lynn explained each movement in a very calm and clearly spoken tone. Every movement is very well explained and demonstrated. The lesson also has tips for the person that may have some difficulties with the movement. While following alone and participating I did not felt rushed to finish a movements; each movement from the beginning to the end was claim, clear and slowly demonstrated.

Pros: Wow, this DVD is really fantastic. It is a gentle workout that builds strength, gets your blood pumping, helps improve balance, and leave your muscles feeling totally relaxed. I have been inactive for several weeks due to back pain and when I put this DVD in I wasn't expecting to be able to complete it.
