That will take you through the rest of the check out process. You'll see a receipt instantly upon final check out. Then, you'll receive a welcome email shortly thereafter.

If you have more than 3 people in your group, in order for everyone to be considered a registered participant, please put the remaining names and email addresses in the last box, or just email Pastor Lynn everyone's names and email addresses: [email protected]. Be sure to put the total number of people in the 'quantity' box above 'Buy Now'. It is not necessary to send email addresses of anyone under 18 (just their names). However for anyone over 18 to be considered registered, we must have their names and email addresses.

In consideration of participation in this dance program and instruction, I/we the undersigned (electronic registrants) intending to be legally bound, here by for myself and anyone acting on my behalf, as well as all others for whom I am registering (if any), release any and all claims for damages I/we may have against Dancing For Him Ministries, Inc., Lynn Hayden and their sponsors, representatives, successors, and assigns for any and all injuries or death suffered by me/us in this program. I/we attest and verify that I/we know participation in this event can be a potentially hazardous activity. However, I/we have sufficiently prepared for this event and know that I/we am/are participating at my/our own risk. The waiver extends for the duration of the program, dates there which are listed on this page. I also release Dancing For Him Ministries, Inc. use of any photographs or video footage of me/us. I/we have read and understand this waiver of liability, and agree to the same.

Please note: While this webinar is geared for adults, children may participate with their parents. However, any child age 10 or older must be registered. Children under 10 are free. 

The conferences are primarily geared for adults. The child's parent/guardian must read and sign their waiver form. Or agree to it by the electronic signature of the person registering them. We ask that you consider the attention span of your child before registering them.

The amount of registrations, offerings, support, etc., is absolutely non-refundable. Nor may it be applied to another conference, or transferred to another person. If for some unforeseen reason, regardless of the situation, you will be unable to attend, your tax-deductible registration will be considered a love gift/donation to further the work of God through Dancing For Him Ministries.
